Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is assisting a family-run health care provider in the Diss, Norfolk area to recruit a Domiciliary Care Branch Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Branch, growing the customer base and maintaining CQC compliance to achieve an Outstanding rating.

The successful candidate will have a minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and previous domiciliary care management experience, a full UK driving licence, and a proven track record

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Previous domiciliary care management experience essential.
• Ability to grow and maintain a high-performing branch.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Branch.
• Build the customer base and attract high-quality staff.
• Maintain CQC compliance and achieve Outstanding ratings.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals and senior management to meet KPIs.
