Job summary

TipTopJob in Diss, Norfolk is seeking a dedicated Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to grow the service, drive standards and achieve outstanding CQC ratings. You will lead day-to-day branch operations, build the customer base and recruit and retain high-quality staff.

The role requires a minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and prior domiciliary care management experience. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, 9am–5pm, with benefits including 25 days holiday,

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Previous experience in domiciliary care is essential.
• Branch management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day to day running of the Branch.
• Build the customer base.
• Create an environment which attracts and retains high quality staff that contributes to effective team working.
• Maintain CQC compliance in line with CQC standards.
• Liaise with Healthcare professionals to understand best practice within the industry.
• Liaise with senior management and deliver KPIs as required.

You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers

This is an independent, family:run organisation dedicated to providing quality person:centred care to people living in their own homes and residential homes

Must have a minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent and previous experience within a domiciliary care setting is essential

As The Domiciliary Care Branch Manager Your Key Responsibilities

• Good leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Full UK driving licence/car owner

Benefits

The successful Domiciliary Care Branch Manager will receive an excellent salary of GBP45,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 40 hours a week working from 9am to 5pm. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
