Job summary

Talent Finder is recruiting a Domiciliary Care Worker in Milton Keynes for a full-time role, offering £12.75–£13.50 per hour plus mileage allowance. No prior experience needed as full training is provided; you must have access to your own vehicle with MOT and insurance.

You will provide person-centred care at clients' homes, assist with personal care, support social visits, and follow tailored care plans, with ongoing training and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle with MOT and insurance.
• A DBS check will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, bathing and toileting.
• Administer or assist with medication as needed.
• Support clients with social visits, including shopping trips, doctor's appointments and travel around Milton Keynes.
• Follow each client's tailored support plan to ensure their individual needs are met.
