Job summary

Olive Recruit is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care branch in Dartford. You will oversee daily operations, ensure CQC compliance, and drive service growth while maintaining high-quality care and client satisfaction.

You will manage a team including a Care Coordinator and Field Supervisor, build relationships with local authorities, and prepare for the branch's first CQC inspection. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and inspection readiness.
• Experience engaging with local authorities and commissioning teams.
• Track record of growing care hours and improving branch performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care branch ensuring compliance with CQC and policies.
• Lead and develop the Care Coordinator and Field Supervisor to maintain an effective team.
• Drive growth by increasing care hours from current levels (~700 per week).
• Build strong relationships with local authorities and commissioners.
• Prepare the branch for its first CQC inspection with robust QA and compliance processes.
