Job summary

Bluebird Care Chester & Flintshire is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service across Chester and Flintshire. You will report to Directors and oversee daily operations, ensuring safe, person-centred care and high team performance.

The role requires a Level 5 Leadership qualification (or progress towards), strong CIW/CQC knowledge, and a passion for outstanding care. A UK driving licence and vehicle for business use are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Registered Manager in domiciliary care.
• Level 5 Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
• Strong knowledge of CIW/CQC regulations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the domiciliary service across Chester & Flintshire.
• Ensure safety, quality care, and compliance with CIW / CQC and company standards.
• Lead and develop the care and office teams, manage audits and safeguarding.
• Maintain relationships with customers, families and healthcare professionals.
• Drive staff induction, training and performance to uphold high standards.
