Job summary

Bluebird Care Chester & Flintshire is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our established domiciliary care service across Chester and Flintshire. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and team performance.

The role requires a Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards) and proven Registered Manager experience, with a strong understanding of CIW/CQC regulations.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Directors, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of our domiciliary care service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and team performance.

You will work closely with our office team and care professionals to ensure customers receive safe, person-centred care while creating an environment where colleagues feel supported, valued and motivated.

What You Will Be Doing

• Leading the day-to-day operation of the service.
• Ensuring compliance with CIW/CQC and company standards.
• Supporting, motivating and developing the care and office teams.

Essential

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
• Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
• Strong understanding of CQC and/or CIW regulations.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle suitable for business use.
