Job summary

Health Recruit Network is seeking a Care Coordinator – Domiciliary Care based in Oxford. You will lead community care operations, manage staff rotas and oversee client assessments and care plans.

The role requires at least 2 years of care leadership experience, NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, and a full UK driving licence. Salary up to £30,000 per annum, with on-site parking and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in care team leadership or management.
• Care Coordinator experience preferred.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle are essential.
• Sponsorship is NOT available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly staff rotas and cover planned/unplanned absences.
• Conduct client assessments, care plans, and reviews.
• Carry out spot checks, supervisions, and carer introductions.
• Provide emergency care cover when required.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Assist the Registered Manager with CQC inspection prep.
