Job summary

Forest Care Selection is seeking a Domiciliary Care Manager based in the Hove area to lead an award-winning homecare service and drive quality, compliance, and growth. You will oversee staff recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development while building strong relationships with clients and families.

Based in Hove, you will work with the senior leadership team to shape service delivery and ensure excellent person-centred care with regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Registration with the applicable regulatory body (CQC) to lead domiciliary care.
• Level 5 Health and Social Care leadership qualification or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and time-management skills.

Forest Care Selection is recruiting an established Domiciliary Care Manager for a unique, award-winning independent homecare provider serving Brighton and Hove. Based in Hove, you’ll lead its existing service and play an integral part in the organisation’s development.

Working directly with the senior leadership team, you’ll help shape the organisation’s development while overseeing the service and supporting the staff team.

Your role:

• Lead the service and strengthen monitoring to deliver the highest standards of personcentred care.
• Support staff recruitment, effective onboarding and ongoing development.
• Build effective relationships with clients, families and external stakeholders.
• Support the senior leadership team’s operational and strategic priorities.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience overseeing a large domiciliary care service and holding registration.
• A thorough understanding of CQC requirements for homecare.
• Excellent leadership and time management skills.
• A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent leadership qualification.
