Job summary

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Branch Manager in the Diss area to drive growth, safeguard service quality, and lead a dedicated local team toward an Outstanding CQC rating.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch, building the customer base, and ensuring staff retention and development. The role is permanent and full-time with a salary of £45,000 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a domiciliary care setting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day-to-day running of the branch.
• Build the customer base.
• Create an environment which attracts and retains high quality staff.
• Maintain CQC compliance in line with CQC standards.
• Liaise with Healthcare professionals to understand best practice.
• Liaise with senior management and deliver KPIs as required.
