Qualifications

• Experience in care or dementia setting is desirable.
• Level 2/3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent).
• Passion for caring for others, upholding dignity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care tasks in their own homes within the village.
• Support at mealtimes, including serving meals and transfers if needed.
• Promote residents' mental and physical activity through hobbies/activities.
• Respond to care alerts and emergencies.
• Collaborate with care team and external professionals as required.
• Keep accurate records of care given and changes to health.
