Bupa is hiring a Care Assistant for night shifts at Richmond Villages Witney, Coral Springs Way, Witney. You will provide compassionate care to residents, including personal care and social support, with 12-hour shifts from 20:00 to 08:00 and a permanent contract. A welcome starter bonus of £500 is offered after four weeks.

DBS check is required during recruitment; Bupa provides induction, ongoing training, and access to development resources for progression.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social and emotional care.
• Recognising and meeting the specific needs of residents.
• Supporting residents with companionship and personal care.
• Being part of a team supporting the nurse or senior care assistant and reporting changes.
• Communicating with residents’ families, friends and other healthcare professionals.
