As Domestic Supervisor, you will lead and support the Domestic Team to ensure the care home remains clean, comfortable and safe for residents, staff and visitors at all times. Your responsibilities will include:
37.5 hours per week, 8am to 4pm, shifts across Monday to Sunday
Overseeing all housekeeping and laundry operations
Leading, training and motivating the domestic team to maintain consistently high standards
Developing and managing cleaning schedules in line with health and safety requirements
Ensuring compliance with infection control and COSHH regulations
Monitoring stock levels and ordering cleaning supplies as required
Carrying out regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly
Completing audits including COSHH, Laundry and Infection Control
Cleaning communal areas, corridors, lounges and residents’ rooms while respecting privacy
Maintaining and correctly storing all cleaning equipment
Supporting general household duties that promote residents’ comfort, dignity and wellbeing
