Responsibilities

• Ensure residents have access to key medical, social and other care workers as required.
• Contribute to clinical governance and work with CQC/NMC guidelines.

About the role

About the role:

• 39 hours
• 7.45am – 8pm, with a 1 hour paid break. Shifts available across Monday to Sunday
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
• Develop and implement personalised electronic care plans in collaboration with residents, families and the wider care team
• Support the Home Manager to effectively implement policies and procedures and ensure they are upheld at all times
• Ensure that the residents have access to key medical, social and other care workers as required
• Contribute to the clinical governance within the care home
• Work in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct and relevant legislation at all times
