GNA Group in North London is recruiting an experienced Domestic Groundworker to join a leading social housing repairs and maintenance contractor. The role focuses on domestic groundwork and external repairs across social housing properties, with a permanent, full-time structure and a competitive package.

The successful candidate will carry out paving, fencing, concreting, drainage, and other external maintenance works while ensuring high standards and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience as domestic groundworker in social housing settings.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Own toolbox and basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out domestic groundwork and external repairs within social housing properties
• Completing paving, fencing, concreting, drainage and other external maintenance works
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer service
• Working safely and in line with health & safety requirements
• Accurately completing job reports and associated documentation

Overview

We are recruiting an experienced Domestic Groundworker to join a well-established contractor delivering Social Housing Repairs & Maintenance across North West London. The successful candidate will carry out a range of domestic groundwork and external repair works within social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Requirements

• Experienced Domestic Groundworker
• Strong experience across domestic groundwork and external repairs
