Job summary

18 Recruitment Ltd in Liverpool is seeking a temporary groundworks operative for social housing properties. You will perform general groundworks, fence and gate repairs, and external property maintenance, delivering quality workmanship with strong customer service. A 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity, company van and fuel card are provided, with immediate start available.

Applicants must hold NVQ in Groundworks and a full UK driving licence; previous social housing experience is preferred.
