Job summary

Build Recruitment in Bath is seeking an experienced Groundworker for social housing maintenance across Bath, Bristol, Melksham and Trowbridge. The role is permanent, 40 hours per week, 8am-4:30pm, with a company van and fuel card. Fortnightly pay and a stable workload are offered.

Applicants should have solid groundworks/external maintenance experience, be honest and reliable, hold a full UK driving licence, and be prepared for a DBS check as part of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Responsive external maintenance in social housing properties.
• Repairing paths and steps preventing trips and falls.
• Gutter cleans, fencing, repointing and brickwork repairs.
• Working alongside other trades when required.
• Travelling to various jobs in the company van responsibly.
• Dealing with some customers and being friendly and polite.
• Reporting to the supervisor on progress.

Bath and surrounding area – External Domestic Maintenance

Experienced Groundworker required on social housing maintenance works in Bath and Surrounding area for a busy maintenance contractor. Your work patch will be Bath, Bristol, Melksham and Trowbridge areas.

• Permanent role
• £35,000 – 36,400 per annum
• Company van and fuel card.
• Fortnightly pay
• 40 hours per week, 8am-4.30pm
