Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ in Groundworks (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence
• Prev. experience in social housing or responsive maintenance
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Good communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• General groundworks on social housing properties
• Fence installation and repairs
• Gate repairs and replacements
• Flagging, paving and minor concreting
• External property maintenance
• Work independently or as part of a responsive maintenance team
• Deliver high-quality workmanship with excellent customer service
