Job summary

Holmes Care Group LTD in Scotland is seeking Domestic Assistants to help keep homes clean, safe and welcoming for residents and visitors. No prior experience is required, as we value a caring, compassionate attitude and a willingness to learn.

You will join a dedicated team, contributing to high standards of hygiene and supporting laundry, dining, and daily activities across our homes. Training and development opportunities are provided along with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt to care environment.

Responsibilities

• To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises
• To clean resident rooms, communal and staff areas as well as toilets and bathrooms
• Disposal of refuse/waste ensuring waste bins are maintained.
• Assist with laundry tasks.
• Assisting with dining room preparation for mealtimes
• Develop a positive relationship with all residents, staff and visitors by becoming an important member of the team

What does the day of a Domestic Assistant look like?

Our Domestic staff will ensure our homes are kept clean, presentable, and safe for residents and visitors:
