Holmes Care Group is seeking a friendly Domestic Assistant in Scotland to keep our homes clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors. You will support housekeeping tasks and help maintain hygiene across living spaces.

No prior experience is required; a caring attitude and willingness to learn are valued. We offer comprehensive training, ongoing development opportunities, and access to employee benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Clean resident rooms, communal areas, toilets and bathrooms.
• Dispose of refuse and maintain waste bins.
• Assist with laundry tasks.
• Assist with dining room preparation for meals.
• Develop positive relationships with residents, staff and visitors.

What does the day of a Domestic Assistant look like?

Our Domestic staff will ensure our homes are kept clean, presentable, and safe for residents and visitors:

• To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises
• To clean resident rooms, communal and staff areas as well as toilets and bathrooms
• Disposal of refuse/waste ensuring waste bins are maintained.
• Assist with laundry tasks.
• Assisting with dining room preparation for mealtimes
• Develop a positive relationship with all residents, staff and visitors by becoming an important member of the team
