Job summary

Care Concern Group's Haling Park Care Home in Croydon, London, is seeking compassionate care professionals to support older residents across Nursing, Residential, Dementia, Respite and Palliative Care. The role requires a positive, reliable approach, good communication, and the ability to work as part of a team in a busy home environment.

Located in Croydon, London, our care home has been purposely built to support older people in making the most of every day. We provide Nursing, Residential, Dementia, Respite & Pallative Care for 62-residents.,
