Care Concern Group in Croydon is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for Haling Park Care Home to provide person-centred care, supporting daily living, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing. You will follow care plans and help residents feel safe, respected and valued.
Open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development. NVQ2 is desirable; 46 hours weekly on a full-time contract with day and night shifts.
Located in Croydon, London, our care home has been purposely built to support older people in making the most of every day. We provide Nursing, Residential, Dementia, Respite & Pallative Care for 62-residents.

Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognizing changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
