What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keeping our building clean, tidy, and hygienic alongside a dedicated team.
• Supporting residents in maintaining their personal spaces, encouraging independence and dignity.
• Supervising and helping train others in cleaning duties.
• Participating in staff meetings and training sessions.
• Working flexibly and cooperatively, especially during holidays and periods of sickness, to ensure continuity of care and cleanliness.

What You’ll Bring:

• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office and internet use).
• A warm, friendly manner and a genuine interest in supporting people with complex needs.
• Flexibility in working hours and a team-oriented attitude.
