Job summary

Leonardo UK is seeking a Domain Architect to own the target state for Digital Backbone and Digital Employee Experience. You will shape the long-term roadmap, ensure delivery aligns with designs, and govern architecture to secure, resilient and scalable foundations.

You will collaborate with enterprise and domain architects, security teams, and governance bodies while maintaining a credible investment plan and architecture standards. Hybrid work with site visits is expected.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in an architecture function, ideally including time in highly regulated or defence and aerospace industries.
• Fluency in architecture methods and artefacts (TOGAF, ArchiMate) applied pragmatically.
• Experience producing architecture content behind business cases and governance artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Own the target state for both domains and convert into a funded multi-year roadmap.
• Define and maintain target architecture across Digital Workplace, Network, Cloud and Platform Engineering.
• Act as design authority for domains and provide architecture opinions at gates and reviews.
• Mentor Solution and Technical Architects and build domain communities of practice.
