Using our bespoke Prism software, you will be required to build and maintain document templates by analysing and extracting data from our customers documents. You will be part of a team building new templates for our customers, whilst also providing ongoing support to our existing customers as they make regular changes to their document templates. This role is fast paced and technically focused, suitable for candidates with an interest in tech, systems and data.
You will also be required to rewrite healthcare letter templates into plain English, allowing patients to receive their letters in a format they require, such as Braille, Audio, Large Font or ClearRead.
