The position is an ongoing contract in Cheltenham, offering £19-£21 per hour, negotiable, with an expected start around 14 September 2026 and a potential duration of up to seven years.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Document Controller or in a similar construction role.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Control drawings, specifications and project correspondence.
• Maintain document registers, revision histories and transmittals.
• Coordinate document workflows between project teams, subcontractors and clients.
• Issue revised documentation to site teams.
• Monitor approvals and chase outstanding reviews.
• Support project administration and reporting.
