Velocity Recruitment Ltd seeks a skilled Document Controller to support our construction projects across North London and Bedfordshire. You will manage project documentation using Viewpoint for Projects and Dalux, ensuring accurate uploads, distribution and revision tracking.

The role requires strong organisation, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate across two locations with site teams and subcontractors. Join an established team in a site-based role across two sites.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry (essential).
• Experience using Viewpoint for Projects and Dalux is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation using Viewpoint for Projects and Dalux.
• Ensure drawings and technical documents are uploaded, recorded and distributed accurately.
• Maintain document registers and track revisions.
• Support project teams with document control processes and information requests.
• Ensure documentation is stored in line with procedures and project requirements.
• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Help maintain compliance with document control procedures and information management standards.
