Job summary

Leading Main Contractor in Birmingham is seeking an organised and proactive Document Controller to join the project delivery team. You will manage project documentation, maintain accurate records and ensure information is distributed efficiently across the project team.

Experience with Viewpoint for Projects and a good understanding of ISO 19650 are essential. The role requires strong communication, good organisational skills, and a collaborative approach to support timely project information

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain project documentation using Viewpoint for Projects.
• Upload, track and distribute drawings, technical documents and project information.
• Maintain document registers and ensure latest revisions are available to the project team.
• Support ISO 19650 compliance and information management procedures.
