Job summary

Borne Resourcing Limited is seeking a Document Controller for central London construction projects, focusing on CAT A/B fit-out work. You will manage drawings, specifications and project documentation and ensure timely distribution to the right people in the correct format.

The role requires around 5 years of document control experience in construction, comfort with Aconex or similar EDMS, and strong organisational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• You will have around 5 years of document control experience within construction.
• You’ll be confident using Aconex or a similar EDMS.
• You’ll be organised, proactive and able to work in a busy project environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage drawings, specifications and project documentation
• Maintain and manage the project EDMS
• Upload, issue and track technical information
• Maintain document registers and revision control
• Coordinate information between consultants, subcontractors, clients and site teams
• Manage workflows, approvals and project records
