Aureos in Dungeness is seeking a skilled Document Controller to support our projects with compliant documentation management and easy access to drawings and specifications.

You will liaise with project teams, manage SharePoint and BIM 360 platforms, maintain metadata for audits, and contribute to procedure improvements. On offer are a generous salary, pension, cycle-to-work scheme, private medical insurance and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Document Controller in a similar industry.
• Proficient with document control software.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with project teams to ensure understanding of document control procedures.
• Identify contractual document control requirements.
• Improve procedures and systems for document control.
• Maintain metadata for traceability and audits.
• Support approval processes and distribution of comments.
• Manage systems to store and access documents efficiently.
• Issue document numbers per project requirements.
