We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to join our dynamic team based in Kincardine on the picturesque banks of the River Forth. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced environment, working on a 3 year project.
What we are looking for
As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for the management and organisation of Documents and records.
This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Organise and maintain electronic and physical documents
• Perform Regular Audits and inspections to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with Cross functional teams and external contractors.
• Communicate with internal & external stakeholders
To succeed in this role,
You will need previous experience in Document Control, records management, be proficient in Document Management Systems and have excellent attention to detail. You must have knowledge in the relevant regulations and best practices related to Document Control.
