Job description

We are seeking for a Document Controller to join a marketing leading organisation based in Basingstoke. You will be responsible for managing documentation including design documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility for the design department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update project documentation, including drawings, technical submittals, and compliance records
  • Ensure all documents meet legal, regulatory, and company standards
  • Work closely with Design management, design engineers, and site teams to coordinate documentation needs
  • Track document revisions and ensure timely distribution to relevant designers
  • Assist in compiling final project handover documentation
  • Support the preparation of documentation for audits and inspections

Key Skills & Experience Required:

  • 5 years + experience in a document control role
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills
  • Proficient in document management software & Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
