About the Company

Following significant expansion, they are looking for an Account Manager to provide exceptional customer service and account management to all clients and prospects.

Role Responsibilities

1. Provide accurate quotations and convert them into orders.
2. Produce clear work instructions for production teams to fulfill projects.
3. Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
4. Estimate and invoice DM and print projects.
5. Manage all DM and print projects from start to finish.
6. Support and cover for colleagues as needed.
7. Deliver high-end customer service.
8. Regularly contact existing clients to pursue opportunities and follow up on quotations to convert to orders.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 4 years of direct mail fulfillment and postage account management experience.
• Knowledge of postal services and products across DSA and Royal Mail.
• Good working knowledge of direct mail machinery capabilities.
• Experience using print management information systems.
