Role: Account Manager

Reporting Into: Senior Account Director

We are looking for a proactive, driven and curious Account Manager to work on our largest account.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll be working on a range of projects – from running email / DM campaigns and competitor trackers to helping support on large transformation projects.
  • Understand the client’s businesses and keep a keen eye on their competitors and comparators, highlighting to the team any newsworthy or interesting developments.
  • Comfortable at progressing creative briefs as well as technical requirements (data or development briefs) in order to bring a solution to reality.
  • Equally comfortable in delivering day-to-day projects as well as showing appetite for more strategic led initiatives.
  • Be organised and proactive with a keen eye for detail.
  • Be good at and enjoy developing relationships – internally and externally.
  • Be able to drive work forward and spot opportunities for more work.
  • Be willing to pitch in and help on whatever is needed to support the team.
  • Be happy working autonomously or in a team.
  • Be ambitious - we want someone who wants to progress and grow in the role and agency.

  • Educated to Degree level and/or Minimum 1-2 years working within a direct or integrated agency environment.
  • Methodical, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in digital channels and marketing technology.
  • Confident and effective communicator.
