Job summary

Convergint is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee divisional project activities, plans, and booking reviews. You will coach project managers to enhance skills and drive customer satisfaction across divisions.

The role includes responsibility for contracts, cost control, invoicing, and regular financial reporting, with frequent travel in Europe and a focus on multi‑million euro revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior project management within service, field, or office environments.
• PMP/PMI certification preferred; industry licenses and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage, oversee and coordinate divisional project activities, including planning and bookings.
• Coach and mentor the divisional projects team to improve skills and productivity.
• Oversee execution of contracts, cost reviews, invoicing and collections.
• Develop strategies with operations to improve execution and deliver value to customers.
