Job summary

PMKConsult is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead UK and Europe-based project delivery, with a strong background in both commercial and project management. The role requires overseeing multi-disciplinary teams, tendering, procurement, and cost control to meet client requirements.

The successful candidate will oversee project governance, risk, and change management, while mentoring junior staff and driving continuous improvement across programmes and costs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial and project delivery within major projects.
• Knowledge of contract forms (FIDIC) and variations/claims.
• Experience with cost estimates, cashflows and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial and project delivery across design, procurement, reporting and client requirements.
• Lead tendering, procurement, vendor evaluations, and contract administration.
• Manage cost plans, cashflows, monthly cost reports, and final accounts.
• Lead client and contractor meetings and maintain professional relationships.
• Prepare project reports, proposals, and contract correspondence.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure governance and HSE standards.
