Job summary

Global Commissioning Limited is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead commissioning and technical operations across multiple projects in the region. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and alignment with client and contract requirements while providing technical authority and regional delivery leadership.

You will coordinate site teams, work with project managers, manage delivery plans, and oversee quality, risk, and client engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or related engineering discipline.
Postgraduate qualification in Engineering or Project/Operations Management is desirable.
Formal training or certification in data centre or mission-critical commissioning, project management, and health & safety is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead commissioning and technical operations across multiple sites within the region.
Act as senior technical authority for commissioning activities on assigned projects.
Define and enforce technical standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders on scope, milestones and deliverables.
Ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery in line with contracts and client expectations.
