Convergint in the London area is seeking a Project Manager to lead technical projects in a hybrid work setting. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, and field teams to deliver on time and within budget, while ensuring safety and quality across all phases.

As the primary interface with customers, you will translate requirements into detailed plans, manage risks, and safeguard cash flow and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Planning, scheduling and directing projects in a technical environment.
• Experience with building automation, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems.
• Knowledge of cost control and safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple projects from award to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Translate customer needs into proposals and project implementation plans; review estimated costs.
• Proactively communicate requirements and maintain records of job status and changes.
• Represent the customer’s interests and ensure top-quality service.
• Identify risks and develop strategies to meet deadlines and cost targets.
• Communicate schedules and changes to customers; drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, services and subcontractors for timely completion.
• Establish milestones and monitor costs using project controls.
• Manage scope, terms, and quality of service in customer contracts.
• Mentor and coach team members; assist with hiring and planning.
• Perform other duties as required.
