Julius Rutherfoord & Co is seeking a strategic Divisional Director to lead a portfolio of client contracts and to develop the Operations Managers responsible for delivering them. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will shape divisional performance, strengthen client relationships and drive operational excellence, profitability and growth.

Key responsibilities include coaching managers, owning service delivery and commercial results, and guiding tenders, mobilisations and renewals

• Experience in managing client relationships, contract delivery and growth initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Lead a portfolio of client contracts and develop Operations Managers delivering services.
• Own divisional financial performance, cost drivers and profitability with evidence-based decisions.
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients, lead complex reviews and contract renewals.
• Provide strategic input into tenders, pricing, and new contract mobilisations.
• Drive continuous improvement and ESG commitments across the portfolio.
