You will align operational judgement with commercial accountability and shape the direction of the business while empowering Operations Managers to excel.

You will be responsible for senior client relationships, contract performance, and driving continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Significant senior operational leadership experience overseeing multi-contract or multi-site portfolios.
• Strong commercial expertise with P&L accountability, pricing, margin management and risk-informed decisions.
• Proven ability to coach and develop Operations Managers to enable confident, accountable performance.
• Ability to engage senior clients and guide complex discussions, including constructive challenge when needed.
• Hands-on experience with complex mobilisations, TUPE, service transformation, renewals or retenders.
