Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is advertising a District Nurse Specialist Practitioner (Band 7) permanent post based in Wadebridge. The role combines clinical leadership with strategic development of community nursing services and opportunities to work towards the DNSPQ.

The post is available on a 22.5 hours per week basis, covering seven days from 08:00 to 22:00, with flexibility around locations to support service needs and flexible working arrangements where possible.
