Job summary

Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a District Nurse Clinical Lead for the Callington/Launceston area. This Band 7 role is part-time (30 hours) with a pro rata salary between £49,387 and £56,515, depending on experience.

You will provide clinical leadership across community nursing, develop service improvements and support DNSPQ development. You will work within an integrated team, balancing autonomous practice with team leadership, and contribute to high-quality,

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with post-registration qualifications in District Nursing or working towards the DNSPQ.
• Experience in leading and implementing changes within a community nursing setting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to liaise with multiple agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership across the community nursing caseload.
• Lead on service development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Develop and support DNSPQ holders and the nursing team within an integrated multidisciplinary environment.
