Job summary
Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Cornwall is seeking a motivated District Nurse Clinical Lead to shape high‑quality community nursing services in Launceston and Tamar Valley. The post combines clinical leadership with service development and supports DNSPQ progression.
You will lead an integrated team, monitor care quality, and build partnerships with health and social care colleagues, with flexible working patterns and a part‑time 30‑hour contract.
Qualifications
- Registered nurse with current registration.
- Post registration qualification in District Nursing or working towards.
- Independent non-medical prescribing qualification or equivalent or working towards.
- MSc Nurse Practitioner qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in community nursing and a leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the quality of care and lead on areas of service development.
- Provide clinical leadership for the community nursing caseload.
- Work with health and social care partners to coordinate care and services.
