Procare Health Ltd is recruiting a District Nurse to join our community nursing team. The role involves visiting patients at home and in care homes, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care, and contributing to ongoing training and development.

You will work within a clinically led organisation with strong emphasis on patient safety, using EMIS for electronic records. A driving license is required and a proactive, capable nurse will thrive in this environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Level 1 Nurse with current Nursing and Midwifery Council registration.
• Experience in adult community nursing and caseload management is preferred.
• Ability to supervise and support staff and students in the community.

Responsabilités

• Visit patients in their own homes and care homes to avoid hospital admissions.
• Undertake clinical skills including venepuncture, wound care, catheterisation.
• Manage a caseload linked to GP surgeries with holistic health assessments.
