Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a District Manager for Northern Ireland, overseeing multiple restaurants from a Belfast base with travel across Northern Ireland. You’ll drive sales, ensure high standards, develop teams and partner with senior leadership to shape growth across the ROI market.

This is a leadership role with a strong focus on people development, operational excellence and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Competitive package includes bonus and LTIP.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role within QSR, hospitality or fast-paced retail.
• A strong track record of driving operational and commercial performance.
• Passionate about people development, coaching and building high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, KPIs and operational standards.
• Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing multiple locations.

• Driving sales, profitability and operational performance across multiple sites.
• Building a strong people-first culture focused on engagement, retention and development.
• Supporting the growth and expansion of Wingstop across the Republic of Ireland.
• Ensuring consistently high standards across customer experience, food quality and compliance.
• Using commercial insight and operational data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Creating succession plans and developing future leaders within the business.
• Partnering with senior leadership to support strategic growth plans across the market.

You’ll oversee all aspects of restaurant performance including People, Standards, Product and Safety, while working closely with senior leadership to shape the future of the business in ROI.
