Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited (Wingstop UK) is seeking a District Manager based in Northern Ireland to lead multiple Wingstop restaurants across the region. You will drive operational excellence, develop high-performing teams and ensure guest experiences reflect the Wingstop brand.

Reporting to the Market Manager, you’ll oversee People, Standards, Product and Safety while partnering with senior leadership to shape growth across ROI.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role within QSR, hospitality or fast-paced retail.
• Strong track record of driving operational and commercial performance.
• Passionate about people development, coaching and building high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, KPIs and operational standards.
• Ideally 2+ years’ experience managing multiple locations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead General Managers and restaurant teams across your district.
• Drive sales, profitability and operational performance across multiple sites.
• Build a people-first culture focused on engagement and development.
• Support growth and expansion of Wingstop across the ROI.
• Ensure high standards across customer experience, food quality and compliance.
• Use data to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Create succession plans and develop future leaders.
