Wingstop Restaurants, Inc. is opening a brand-new Wingstop in the UK. As an Assistant Manager in a New Store Opening, you’ll help launch the restaurant, establish a high-energy team, and set up day-one operations.

You’ll train and coach new starters, lead shifts, and embed processes to deliver fast service and great hospitality, while building a culture that reflects our energy and guest-focused standards.

About theRole

We’reopening a brand-new Wingstop restaurant. As an Assistant Manager in a New StoreOpening, you’ll play a key role in launching a brand-new restaurant and settingit up for success from day one. Working closely with the General Manager,you’ll help build and develop a brand-new team, establish ways of working, andcreate a high-energy, high-performing culture.

You’ll takeownership of day-to-day operations, supporting your team to deliver great food,fast service, and consistently high standards. From training and coaching newstarters to leading shifts and embedding processes, you’ll be central togetting the restaurant off to a strong start.
