Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited (Wingstop UK) is seeking a District Manager based in Northern Ireland to lead multiple Wingstop restaurants across the region. You will drive operational excellence, develop high-performing teams and ensure guest experiences reflect the Wingstop brand.

Reporting to the Market Manager, you’ll oversee People, Standards, Product and Safety while partnering with senior leadership to shape growth across ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role within QSR, hospitality or fast-paced retail.
• Strong track record of driving operational and commercial performance.
• Passionate about people development, coaching and building high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, KPIs and operational standards.
• Ideally 2+ years’ experience managing multiple locations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading, coaching and developing General Managers and restaurant teams across your district

• Using commercial insight and operational data to identify opportunities and improve performance
• Creating succession plans and developing future leaders within the business
• Partnering with senior leadership to support strategic growth plans across the market

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role within QSR, hospitality or fast-paced retail
• A strong track record of driving operational and commercial performance
• Passionate about people development, coaching and building high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of P&L management, KPIs and operational standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Highly organised, adaptable and solutions focused
• Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing multiple locations
