Wingstop in Belfast is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurants across Northern Ireland. You will drive sales, profitability and operational excellence while developing high-performing teams and upholding Wingstop standards.

You’ll oversee People, Standards, Product and Safety, collaborating with senior leadership to shape growth in ROI. This role demands strong multi-site leadership and a player-coach approach to develop future leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multiple restaurants across a region.
• Strong understanding of P&L, KPIs and operating standards.
• Experience developing and coaching high-performing teams.
• Track record of improving operational and commercial performance.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
