Job summary

Games Workshop is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to join our Distribution team at East Midlands Gateway, near Nottingham. You will manage multiple shifts on a rotating basis, plan staffing levels, and coordinate across departments to deliver operational plans and stay within budgets.

You will champion health and safety, work with the Training Manager to ensure essential training and SOP compliance, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts on a rotating basis and ensure effective staffing across the distribution centre.
• Plan and coordinate with departments to deliver operational plans and budgets.
• Champion health and safety priorities and drive a safe culture.
• Coordinate with Training Manager to deliver essential training and ensure SOPs followed.
• Identify and resolve issues to continuously improve efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
