Job summary

Games Workshop Group PLC in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Site and Manufacturing Engineering teams, coordinating maintenance, safety and improvements across our facilities.

You will oversee up to five direct reports, drive planned maintenance programmes, manage projects, monitor KPIs and contractor spend, and ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, facilities management or operational environment with proven management of technical staff.
• Knowledge of maintenance programmes, health and safety and continuous improvement.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects across sites and shifts.
• Exposure to infrastructure projects, contractor management and cost forecasting is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering teams and manage up to 5 direct reports.
• Develop and deliver planned preventive maintenance programmes.
• Oversee engineering projects and KPI reporting for the department.
• Manage costs, contractors and service agreements to ensure best value.
• Collaborate with Health & Safety, Procurement, Quality and Training teams.
